It’s so important today to have a strong LinkedIn company page and consistent presence on the platform. Why? Because your clients and prospects are using the platform to conduct due diligence on you and your firm. Your LinkedIn profile is the first or second result that appears when someone searches your name on search engines.

Posting content that is value added and helpful to your LinkedIn company page on a consistent basis is important to stay top of mind with your target audience and build a following. It’s also a smart way to engage with followers and your employees.

One of the services I provide to my clients is managing their actual LinkedIn company pages. This can either be me being their administrator and creating an editorial calendar for them while posting on their behalf or me training their existing team and developing a strategy. We agree on lawyers and practices on which to focus and I create images to accompany posts, recycle old content into new posts, find ways to use their news, events and publications to engage with their followers and develop a hashtag strategy to increase their visibility. I also help them use LinkedIn to effectively engage with other important audiences such as alumni, recruits and the media.

With other clients I train their marketing team on how to do the above more effectively and I show them what their competitors are doing so they can do it better. I also train lawyers individually on building a strong LinkedIn profile and network and then taking it a step further by actually engaging on the platform with their connections in a meaningful way while bolstering their brand. I develop social media action plans with individual lawyers too. I can’t tell you how many times this has led to leads, actual business and renewed relationships.

LinkedIn can be an incredibly useful tool for brand building and lead generation if you have the right guidance. I love what I do. Let me show you how to take your social media efforts to the next level. Message me at stefanie@stefaniemarroneconsulting.com if you’d like to learn more!
